Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using DJ Set Pilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

DJ Set Pilot is a DJ set planning tool. We provide a web application that helps you organise, generate, and export tracklists. The service is available on a free tier and an optional paid subscription.

3. Accounts

You must be 16 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@djsetpilot.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscription and billing

DJ Set Pilot is free to use with limited features. Pro features require an active paid subscription, billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Refunds are offered at our discretion within 7 days of initial payment. To request a refund, email info@djsetpilot.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload or input content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

6. Your content

You retain ownership of playlists, notes, and other content you create in DJ Set Pilot. By storing content with us, you grant us a limited licence to host and serve that content back to you. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties.

7. Intellectual property

DJ Set Pilot, its branding, and the software are owned by us. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to our intellectual property other than the right to use the service as described.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Use your own judgement when preparing a live set.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJ Set Pilot's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page or by contacting support.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DJ Set Pilot is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
